This weeks games...Week 3 predicitions. Make your picks!

Many interesting games this week. Here are my picks and previews:

Hanover @ Lebanon - Have you heard....Lebanon and Hanover are rivals. A health(ier) Cody Patch jumps back on the offensive side of the ball and combined with that tough Raider D, they take back the cup despite a (no doubt) big game from Staiger and Carney in this rivaly. Lebanon wins (28-20).

Stark @ MV - both teams looking for win #1. MV wins (21-7).

Plymouth @ Kennett - Plymouth gets a tough game from Kennett, but pull it out and the streak moves on. Plymouth wins a defensive struggle (7-0).

Kingswood @ Monadnock - Blake Bolewski is too much for Kingswood. Monadnock gets their first victory (21-8).

Laconia @ Trinity - Hmmm Trinity has to win this one don't they, so we can have the two titans matching up undefeated in Week 4. Trinity (cuz fate said it must be so) and their Double Wing offense are just too much. They defeat a tough Laconia team (29-21).

Games of the week outside of the Division (yes we'll dabble a little there also) -

D I - Nashua North vs. Pinkerton - Pinkerton continues it's winning ways (21-14).
D II - BG vs. Spaulding - even without Mike Kelly (he's hurt or didn't you hear), Spaulding is no match (28-13).
DIII - Portsmouth vs. Con Val - Portsmouth gives Con Val all they want, but lose in a tight one. Con Val takes it 14-13 in a come from behind victory in the 4th quarter.
D V - Brady vs St. Thomas - St. Thomas going away (35-6).
D VI - Mascoma vs Farmington - both squads looking for their first W. Farmington takes it in a tight one at home (21-20).

  1. I think the interesting game of this week in D-VI is the Newport/Newfound game. These two could be at the top when all is said and done.

  4. Expect Lebs defense with Alexander Morril, Cody Patch, Chris Barker, Christian AStwood and Dylan Drew to be the factor in this game.

  5. Kennet is coming off an impressive victory last week and a shutout. Expect them to give Plymouth all they can handle.

  6. 5:17 Wasn't Morril carted off the field last week in the Monadnock game?

Isn't Patch hurt. Could be they might not be as much of a factor as you think.

  7. Hey 11:03...Newport won the game but they didn't win going away. 6-0 at half neither team scored until late 4th. All scoring were setup by mental mistakes by both teams. Great defense by both teams. Most likely be 1 & 2 when it is playoff time.
